While many customers choose to install our homes directly on elevated footings or piers, others may opt to pour a concrete slab foundation. This is entirely at the buyer’s discretion. Casitas de Mundo does not install, inspect, or assume responsibility for foundation work or site conditions. All structural choices should be evaluated and approved by a licensed local contractor or engineer in accordance with regional building codes.
