Every Casita is designed to be placed on a slab, elevated platform, or concrete blocks. Homes are delivered folded, then expanded and secured by your local contractor. All utility hookups (water, sewer, electric) are pre-configured and accessible underneath the home.

Can I finance a Casita
Financing options are being developed and expected to be offered sometime during the 4th quarter of 2025. For now, homes are available for purchase via direct payment. If you’re interested in payment plans or rent-to-own, join our interest list and we will email you once the programs become available.
Do I need to buy land before ordering?
Yes. You will need a piece of land where the Casita will be delivered. Remember to check your local zoning, building codes and homeowner’s association (if applicable) prior to purchase.
What upgrades are available?

Can I paint or customize my Casita later?
Yes. The interior and exterior can be painted or modified after setup. Talk to your contractor about finish materials or decor preferences.
